Default M3 Grease Gun springer-to-AEG project for the win!!!

After watching the movie "A Bridge Too Far" for about the millionth time, I REEEEAAALLLLYYYY want an airsoft M3 Grease Gun. Especially an AEG version. However noone makes an AEG version, at least not to my knowledge. So I have decided the best thing to do would be to buy a springer (which they make), and swap the springer's internals for a gearbox.

Shouldnt be too hard right? I mean, I just have to make sure the gearbox, battery, tightbore barrel, etc. will fit inside the body of the springer version right? So, how hard would this be? And who makes the most durable M3?

There are plenty of classic airsoft grease guns floating around which would be a MUCH better base gun for an aeg project, even tho its kinda bad to gut such a beautiful collectible.

is an example of a JAC m3.
