Default pulse r72 help??

ok i have yet another problem with my crossman pulse r72. ok i know that the battery works. so heres what happens. whenever i press the trigger when its on semi or auto i belive the motor turns on but it does not shoot anything. even when its on semi auto the engine continusouly revs it does not stop like normal after one shot. and one more thing the motor stops when the trigger it clicked and pushed down all the way. any one have any idea how to fix it?
