ya i agree they are cool. i recently looked them up on ebay. they dont go cheap! they were priced all the way up to $1500!

I heard that airsoft guns started in japan for defense but i'm not sure thats true

there plastic (and i think some metal) but they are considered antiques because they were the first ever airsoft guns

Well not quite right.


The original airsoft gun was a springer using proprietary ammo.

The first gas guns were gas bv guns... not gbb guns. GBB didn't come along til the 90's. Read the prior posts spector, you would have gotten all the info you would have needed before you made this post.

Like mentioned before, searching classic airsoft on wiki will give you all the answers

BTW spector, if you want to see some of the first fully automatic airsoft guns look at my collection.

Now, to be specific, the first fully auto gas airsoft gun was the JAC battlemaster.

but a lot of people still have no clue the shootin shells was the first marketed idea of shooting a projectile from a toy gun, and the battlemaster started the fully auto. Simple Nothing to debate.
