Not sure if thats good power,why would you be ussing that type of gas in that rifle,when CO2 can bring your fps up to 450?After all you can use an external cylinder and regulator for it,thats what I have for my JAC M16A2.You just have to remember to lubricate more often ussing CO2.You can even get the same power from compressed air,but the tanks are more expensive than CO2 tanks.
300fps is what you can expect from your average gbb pistol on green gas,,,,dont know much about jac rifles,,but providing they use the same princaple to work,,,,then ye,,i s'pose 300fps would be on the money

Like everyone else said fps doesn't measure the accuracy but the length of the barrel is a huge factor. Yes co2 shoots faster most of the time but hey get what ever floats your boat.
