Anything you own with a built-in rechargeable battery? Probably a LiPo. Phone, game controller, etc. Generally don't burst into flame on their own.

They are but not a massive risk. Just buy a lipo bag or a metal container and drill holes in the lid.

Mine came in at 3.75v per cell, is that good enough for storage? They say "bring up to storage charge asap" on the box

3.75v is fine. 3.7v is nominal per cell, and 3.0v is depleted/drained. 4.2 or there about is fully charged.
