It was beautiful out today, so I did something I rarely ever do....cardio! I've been doing a mini-cut the past few weeks, just to get my ab definition back to my liking, and its there. I would say I'm probably in the 10% bf range right now, and still around 195lbs. Now I'm going to start a clean bulk and try to put on some mord weight while keeping a ~10% bf. I would like to hit 200 by summer, which is only 5lbs away...but trying to keep my bulk clean and my bf% down is what will make it hard.

Just bite the bullet and commit to a bulk-cut cycle.

Once I get to 14% I'm back to bulking and I have already given into the fact that I will be getting more than muscle on me in that time.

I don't want to cut again. I like my carbs...

I will need crayons and play-doh for this one.

Got fourth at state. (19 people in my weight class.) got screwed by the same ref in two matches, but whatever. It's JH.

Oh, and I ate half a large pizza and a giant slice of cake. So, I should probably get back to the gym soon.

Boys. After inspecting my upper body I have come to the conclusion that I need a cut. A big one. I shall take my weight tomorrow and see how bad I've let myself go. This week I will focus on high intensity abs and chest workouts. Throwing some arms and legs in at random to switch things up. I will probably cut down to 1-2 meals a day. Get some healthy snack food going. And hopefully I can get rid of some of this excess. I could actually grip some in each hand!!! Then after that I will hope to start packing the good weight on. Wish me luck. I'm gonna cut my diet more than I ever have. I'm scared.
