So, how are you sure which is the wrong number? I'd just use the low one xD

I'm just going to assume the machine is completely wrong and go from there.

I did hit 175 this morning. I did cheat a lot today though, 2lbs of steak some brownies and 1lb of tater tots.

My body no longer hurts, so I guess that's good.

Yeah, the water tank seems to be the only accurate bf test.

I have used an electronic measuring machine that you stand on, and that was a little more accurate but still off by 4-6% (read 21%, pinch test 26%, looked 28-30%).

The downfall with the pinch test is that you may not store your fat on the outside of your muscles as much as the test is tuned for, so the readings may be off.

The problem with the water tank test is that excessive water retention in your body or some bloating can cause you to float more than you should and throw off the reading.

It's all just a ballpark number and the real barometer is how you look.

I hate this low-carb part of my diet. I haven't seen a PR in 3 months. My gainz are fading.

Cutting is going well. Lost two pounds since last I posted. I'm noticing more veins in my arms now, but that elusive bicep vein hasn't arrived yet. :P Think I'm down to 14% BF now, but I'm not really feeling too much leaner otherwise.

I've also made some gains. Deadlift went up to 185lbs from 175lbs. Bench press is up 5 or so pounds, too.

Cheat meal time! My parents got me another pint of ice cream, which is calling my name. :P I'm also going out to eat tomorrow, for the first time in many a month.

Update: Ate the whole pint. The sugar rush is real!

Crusader: run a month or two where you add 2-5lbs to your compound lifts every time you hit them. An example would be if you pyramid up 95/115/135/155/175 you would change that to 100/120/140/160/180 and so on.

Make sure you get your protein in while doing this. My bro ran this before his cut and he was able to add 20lbs to his bench in 6 weeks while hitting chest every 5 days.
