Default Best Support Weapon?

I want to make a support weapon and was wondering what the best option was. I was thinking of either Buying extra hi caps/ a box mag for my G&G m4 and maybe installing a tightbore. Or I could start from scratch with either a JG G36 (full size) or a cyma ak74 (cm031). What would be the best idea? I dont plan on internally modifying my gu n past a tbb because I am a pretty casual player.

You can not put a box mag on an m4/ak74/g36 and call it a support weapon. NO! lol. A good support weapon will be the M249 SAW, M60, and RPKs.

Would you mind buying another gun? It depends on your budget. If you have enough money, some of these guns might be good.

Cause its still an m4. ak47, g36 with a **** load of rounds. ITS STILL AN ASSAULT RIFLE, not a support weapon. Every person with an assault rifle with a lot of hi-cap mags has a support weapon now? Sorry this is just one of the things that bother me, lol. no hard feelings.

My criteria for support weapon is that I can sustain fire for a long time between windings/ reloads and I would consider an m60 or m249 if I did not want to maintain versatility. Also I'll be honest I am not strong enough to lug around a 25 pound gun all day long.

The real advantage of a M60 or M249 (In airsoft) is that they have a brick of a gearbox (look it up and you'll see what I mean) that can tolerate much more abuse than a standard V2 or V3. A Para M249 with a cut down/short front end and collapsible stock and a smaller (but better) MAG box mag may be a better option than a M4 w/a box mag.

That's right. The abuse and stress that comes with prolong, sub-stained fire. Not to mention the abuse and stress that comes with upgrading the support weapons to truly make them a force to be recon with on the field. If you have gone up against a fully upgrade support weapon, you would know what I mean.

A true "support" weapon will last longer then an assault rifle on continues fire cause of the way they are built. A lot of the weight of a support weapon is in the gear box. You take the gearbox out and the gun is not that much heavier then a full loaded/decked out metal M4, cause the gearbox is a lot thicker then a regular Ver.2 gearbox to handle the abuse.

Maybe I should have told you this before the rant, lol .
