i don't like the mp5 mags. it seems like all my mp5 mag feed door breaks too easily.

Tokyo Marui or Echo1 would be better, but the Galaxy one is good for the money.

lol kobra, sig-ing that!! anyway, people say that the marui mp5k is quite a good machine gun-pistol sidearm if you use a one point sling and hang it to your side (if you know what i mean). i know a few people who use them as backups while sniping since they are so small and reasonably light. However, you should go with the full stock mp5a5 if you are gonna use it as a primary since the a5 will have a bigger battery compartment that can house a 9.6

Yeah the Galaxy MP5k is a good gun for a beginner, just know the range will be lacking.
I've actually owned 2 and they're pretty fun.
