I have a $10 camo ski vest from Old Navy with some surplus army patches on it, and I gotta tell ya, it's wonderful. Only one gun has ever been able to penetrate it, and it was a KWA M4 (with full fire in one spot). It also makes a loud popping noises when I'm shot, so I can't cheat. To complete my juggernaut outfit, I have a JT Paintball full helmet, jeans with kneepads, hiking boots, and a JG M4 RIS with a 5,000rd box magazine. Total price: about $230. Win?

True, but it's only a ski vest. I actually let people shoot at my back because I can feel the hits, but not the pain with them. I love it.

NO... Just NO. Things like a juggernaut simply do not exist, and even so, to call yourself like one in MW, you need a flippin' EOD suit that's pimped to the max.

Also, a ski-vest is hardly anything to run for airsoft. Like L5132 said, if BB's are going through, that isn't much to be proud of. Especially if you want to call it "Juggernaut".

juggernauts don't exist, but if the kid wants to create a game where he plays as one, who cares? should we worry more about "codsofters" or be glad that airsoft is helping to get kids outside and doing something active?

It's not like we're shooting real bullets in airsoft, so I could write juggernaut on my chest and run around shirtless if I wanted to, and still be an airsoft juggernaut. and for backyard skirmishes, which is what I bet the majority of everyone's playtime consists of, a sub par vest is fine, if the op doesn't mind bbs going through.

Granted, I'm no expert, and maybe I'm wayyyyyy off base here (please, feel free to tell me if I am) but I feel like we shouldn't criticize. if you think his vest is a bad idea, link him a new one on evike or something, don't just say your vest sucks dude. it's always better to offer solutions or substitutions than to be critical. it just makes your whole message come off as rude, and doesn't make you look very good. OP: if you don't want the bbs going through, or need better storage than standard vest pockets, get a pair of bigger bdu's and wear over. you'll still hear the pop when the bbs hit you and as an added bonus, you'll look a lot bigger with a vest under your jacket. and as far as juggernauts go, bigger is better.
