I figured I would be the first to add to this section.

The JG M5J is a low budget beginners gun, it is TM compatible though, so it makes a good upgrade platform if you can't spend a bunch at once.

I've had it for about a year, and I've replaced almost all the internals.

The first things that broke were the selector plate and the trigger return spring. These things are expected with a cheap clone.

Internals:

It has a plastic spring guide and 7mm nylon bushings. As far as everything else it is standard JG.

I've replaced pretty much everything on the inside of it.

Externals:

Plastic mainly, paint on selector switch and other metal parts wear off easy. Stock is a little wobbly because it's retractable too. It is a ABS clone gun, not much to expect here.

Overall:

I do not reccomend this gun if you can get a nicer MP5, it's not worth the hassle. If your on a budget and you're willing to upgrade though, this might be something to look at.
