Been airsofting off and on since I was 18 and started off on some land my buddy\'s church owned with my SRC M4A1 and cargo pants to hold my spare magazine. The Navy kind of got in the way for a while. When I was in Iraq I rediscovered my love of airsofting by getting a membership on this forum, and once I returned to the States, I started going just about every Saturday. Still have yet to take part in a big op at the field here; the Navy keeps getting in the way of that.
Still serving in the United States Navy. Currently attached to a Naval Special Warfare component command at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, VA.
My load out consists of a tan Eagle Industries (EI) Rhodesian Recon Vest (RRV) with a tan 2x2 LBT 7.62 mag pouch, a tan 1x2 LBT 7.62 mag pouch, EI double pistol mag pouch, EI MBITR pouch, EI GP pouch, and an EI admin pouch (actually an MSAP side plate pouch). The flag of my home state adorns the admin pouch (Missouri). I use a tan Tactical Assault Gear (TAG) rigger\'s belt and a tan TAG dump pouch. A BLACKHAWK! Serpa holster is usually on my belt for my P226, as well as sometimes a tan BLACKHAWK! weapon catch (for the shotgun). The P226 is secured to my belt with a Gear Keeper retention system.
Recently made the switch to MultiCam. I was running AOR2 (legit) for a while, but it was too hot. Now I\'m running a Massif combat shirt and a pair of Army Combat Pants (the ones designed by Crye Precision), as well as Under Armour compression shorts and Merrell MOAB Goretex shoes. Headgear is an issued Pro-Tec water sports helmet with a Norotos NVG mount. Eye protection used is Oakley SI goggles, sometimes Smith Optics OTW goggles.
Looking forward to many years of airsofting and talking to people on this forum.
