    Hey all,

So I've spent the last couple of days scouring the internets for an L96 body (any shape/type really) but I've come up with zilch. Everyone I've messaged who's selling any kind of L96 (because no one is selling the body by itself) has wanted to keep the whole item together.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has an ideas on where to get one. I'd love an MB05 or a Mauser folding stock type, but will settle for anything. Had a bad run-in with some crappy paint stripper that's bubbled some parts of my old type 96 body so yeh...

Any help would be appreciated :)

How much are you looking to spend on a replacement stock? I've got an L96 that has a broken bolt that I may be willing to sell.

That would really depend on the stocks condition and type.

Bad condition, solid stock I'd be looking to spend $40 or so.

Excellent condition MB05 or Mauser SR Pro stock I'd pay anything up to $80 for.

    What brand/type is yours? :)

Send me a PM with a couple of pics and we'll talk :)

I'm interested, just depends on the make.

The MB05 does not have a folding stock and is not as sturdy as the l96. Trust me I have the MB05. Screws get loose easily and the cheek rest can split the gun apart. I had to do a lot of custom mods on the inside so it stays fairly sturdy.
