Never buy a sniper rifle for your first gun, unless you are ready to be disappointed.

Don't upgrade a combat machine. ( mine broke and I spent $250 dollars to fix it then it broke again)

There you go I fixed that for you. But seriously there are a lot of better guns in that same 130-150 dollar price range.

Make sure you like the sport before you go out and buy an uber expensive gun.

Companies falsely advertise fps because they know its what most entry level players look for, fps, and "full metal". Some are worse than others, its usually the retailer more than the company who makes the rifle though.

Ya. My JG is ABS and I like it like that. Makes I not as heavy with equal durability. It's not quite the 350 that it was advertised at but that's fine with me. I put a 9.6 battery as oppose to the 8.4 and its a tank now

Don't even start this endless money hole of a sport. Kidding, just try to start off with a decent starter AEG, and encourage your friends to do so as well. Have fun, and don't shoot at cops......

Start out with a cheap AEG.
Don't play in public (including parks)
If a cop comes slowly put the weapon on the ground and never let the gun point at the cop also do what ever he/she says.
