Anyone know a good scope, red dot or holo sight for an M4? I'll be using it for field AND CQB.
Price range? Do you want magnification or not? give us details.
Pretty much any of these will work:
Sorry, i knew i was forgetting something. Probably between $20 and $60, cause since im buying my first entire loadout, dont want anything too expensive. Preferably red dot or holo for field use but scopes with a nice magnification are also good. Any suggestions apreciated.
You're not getting a holographic site for $60. You might get a replica of an Eotech, which itslef uses holographic technology, but the replica will not use holographic technology itself. That replica will use the same LED technology as every other cheap red dot on the market, it's just crammed into a body that looks like an Eotech. There will be no performance difference between a replica Eotech, a replica Aimpoint, or whatever (accounting for the quality of the replica, of course).
I just want something to start with, nothing profesional or anything..
do you wear goggles or mask? if mask, you will want a sight that sits high like a T-1, which is my preference for cqb.
Ok, now you're just being vague. What's your price range and in what style?
You must not have read what he said:
Thanks man, I wear a mesh half-face mask
I posted this in another thread but here it is again:
The guy who I've been in contact with imports replicas and sells them out of New York (which means faster shipping) and he has some really decent prices. He has great customer service, 100% positive feedback, and welcomes all questions. A few links to the stuff he sells are here: (none of which link to any other forum)

His email is on the google spreadsheet in case you are asking for something that isn't listed on either of those two sites.
Thanks alot man.ill check it out.
Any more suggestions are also appreciated
Just thought I'd ask you, how well would that t-1 work in the bright sun? I'm looking to get one.
