Hey guys, I m having some problems with my mp44 by agm. I have owned it for around 7-8 months. The problem seems to be related to the safety mechanism. The gun will not fire when turned on semi-auto or full-auto. It only fires when the safety is held between semi and safe. I took it apart to see if the problem was anything obvious, but I couldn't find anything. I did not, however, take apart the gearbox. Anyone know what is wrong with it? If someone could tell me how to fix it, that would be great. Any information is appreciated.

Can you post pics of the fire selector,,,im thinking its a lot like an AK.

I know that this thread is old but I notice that for the selector switch, that piece were the contacts are made sometimes buckles in between the two screw that hold in place. It is actually a design flaw. i noticed in mine it's an easy fix though.

mp44 fix

can any one tell me how to fix the flaw in the mp44 selector switch. I have had my mp44 for 2 weeks and it is not working. I beleive it is the design flaw in the selector switch that is giving me problems. Please tell me how to fix....thanks
