I just made this thread so I can get an idea on of what to put on my fort. I will post pictures of my fort later this weekend, until then, please post pictures or give advice to me!

    Thanks!

Typically when I want fortification or structure ideas, I would Google Image search "Airsoft/paintball fortification"
Also, I always try to leave a few flaws in structures for 2 reasons. 1. If I'm in the fort and need a quick way out, as well as to give some realistic feeling of no complete safety. 2. In case an enemy takes it, he doesn't become a turtle hiding in a shell with a shotgun pointed at the only entrance.

That looks better to you? I think that green is too unnatural.

I second this. Personally, I think the color of the wood was much more appealing, but whatever floats your boat.

You could build a tower. My friend built an awesome tower and it proves to be a great fortification. I will try and get a picture of it sometime for you.

It's to cold to paint it today. I'll see if I can find sandbags somewhere.

I like how you incorporated that tree stand into your fort. It'll look good when its done. My fort's got a pretty different design. There was a huge tree out in my woods, I mean huge, and that tree fell during a storm. The resulting hole in the ground was so big we used it as a trench. Eventually, we built walls around it and put base logs over it and put tin sheets on top as a roof. I'll post some pics If I can.
