Hi everyone, I recently upgraded the compression of my Cyma AK, but its range seems the same or even worse. How can I improve the compression between the nozzle and the hop up unit? I heard Lonex hop units are great, should I consider buying one?

I think your approaching this wrong. A hop up unit typically isnt the fix for a compression issue. You need to locate your compression issue before attempting to fix it.

Is the bucking snug, any chance of a leak around it? Does the nozzle seal tight to the bucking or does it struggle to reach? Did you test the compression of the gearbox?

Perfect compression between nozzle and hop-up packing is a fallacy. Considering contact between these two points is on average .05 seconds...that point of interaction is NOT the major factor of compression loss.
