ARe there any paintball players on this forum,do people play both
You do understand you're asking on an airsoft forum lol
There used to be a thread like this. It got closed.
Does painball hurt a lot more than paintball?
Well... Umm... No?
Well "Is Hot You" I'm sure some do play both. I'm also sure that imma duck and cover, we may have a shitstorm incoming.
I don't play both right now mainly because I don't have the funds but I used to play paintball. If I still had a set-up I would still play. I enjoyed the fast paced action of speedball.
In my personal experiance paintball hurts more. The bruises I came away with from paintball were a lot worse than airsoft.
A lot of people hate on paintball but in reality it's very similar to airsoft. You have your mil-sim paintballers just like airsoft. Same goes for the CQB aspect.
He's joking about the title. The title of this thread says Painball instead of paintball.
Ohh, didn't notice the title.
Gaahh!!! A paintball player
Lol. I've done it once. Theres a lot of ppl who cheat..
Chew that brother, that's why I Airsoft.
I don't play but I've been looking into it. Speed ball looks fun. Fast paced high adrenaline rush. But woodsball just no. haha
The only thing I dislike is the weapons. They don't look like weapons.
You can make them look realistic. They have some magazine fed guns as well but hold a limited number of paintballs due to the size.
Personally I really like the guns, A lot of people get them custom anodized and some just look amazing.
^^ Speedball is the way to go.
As for cheaters, You get them in both sports... When I played I rarely saw people cheating intentionally. Get hit in the hopper or off the break sometimes you don't notice it & thats why there are refs. I've shot many people in airsoft and had them not call it.
Also in paintball it doesn't count unless the ball actually breaks on you. A lot of times you will get a bounce where the paintball hits you but doesn't break.
The only thing airsoft has over paintball from my perspective is the community. Airsoft has a much better community base as a whole. I've met plenty of great and not so great people in both sports but the majority of airsoft players are better.
