I overcharged my CM122 battery by 10 hours it still works but will it discharge it's self?
It's very probable the battery life will be significantly lowered so don't expect to use it for very long.
My advice to this is get a smart charger. Best investment for batteries. No overcharging. And they are only $30
Get a new battery and new smart charger
Preferably a li-po and balance charger, a 7.4v li-po should be safe for your gun. Don't get a ni-mh battery, they were obsolete several years ago.
The gun in question is a CYMA AEP if I'm correct. If so this means that there is only one specific charger for that battery and if you overcharged it you're going to have to buy a new battery separately.
Yeah I can't get a smart charger AEP batteries
You can buy new AEP batteries on Evike.
