Talking about the battery problems with my recently repaired M4, I tried putting the battery that worked in my M4 in again and it didn't work. I think that this is due to the small connector from the gun to the battery. It is slightly broken as shown in the attachment. Is this the problem and if so can anyone send me a link to where I might buy the replacement. Please can the link be from a British sight or ebairsoft.com or KHmountain.
Also the wire that goes into the circle hole in the connector comes out and is sometimes pushed back when the battery is put in.

    Thanks

I dont know any british web sites to order from but may I suggest that if u are going to be replacing ur connectors, u might want to think about upgradeing to Dean connectors. U will get more and better electric flow threw Dean connectors then u will with the Tamiya connectors. Your rate of fire will slighty increase also. IMHO I think dean connectors connect tighter then what tamiya connectors do. Takes alittle strenght to unplug them.

    Dean connectors look like this:

Without wiring your battery directly to the replica then deans is by far and away the best connection you get.

Yes those will work. Yes, the correct term for these connectors are T-Plugs. Dean is just a brand of them. Here is a video showing u how to install them.

U just cut off your old connectors and just solder the T-Plugs to your battery wire and your main wires. U will also need to solder these to your charger in order to charge your battery back up.

Thanks, that really helpful, but I don't understand how those will attach to my batteries? It looks completely different.
