Have a 7.2 volt 500 mA battery but it died out on me, what would be the best to replace it with if the same cant be found? Is it the volt or mA that had to be the same?

Uh depends on what you were using it on, assuming it's on an airsoft gun, no up to 9.6v you'll be fine, really any mah is fine under like 5000

So even if my gun came with a 7.2v I can use a 9.6v?

Yes, I wouldn't use a 7.2v to save my life, just saying, upgrade to an 8.4 or a 9.6, your gun will be so much better

-__- What do you mean didn't work? You sure the battery was okay?

I plugged in a 9.2v battery pack and when I pulled the trigger nothing happened, I let the battery charge on the smart charger till it said it was done and nothing happened but the same battery in an rc car worked

Telling us what gun you have should help.

I got it, the wire connection was broken, when it was it a car it was pushed together but in the gun it wasn't connecting, 9.6v doubled the RoF of 7.2v

My brothers double eagle m83, he isn't ready for any gun over $70 yet, he's too clumsy and doesn't take good care of his

Nah, my brother is only 11, he doesn't need a new gun, if anything if make him use my 1911 springer before I get him a new gun

Exactly why I got it for him, he is only here 4 days a month, so why spend a lot on a gun for him? With .20s it's perfect for cqb, which is what he does, he isn't a field person, he stays in buildings

Most of us started out that way ;) I most certainly wanted to call my first springer an airsoft gun

Exactly, he gotta work his way up the ladder, I started with a spring p22 with 150 fps, then stuck around with spring pistols till I got a crosman mp5 with a gravity fed hopper, I felt like the **** till I went to a field with my friends and got destroyed by jgs and tms
