Am using .20 bb's and around 75 feet the bb curves left, sometimes a lot, sometimes it doesn't and sometimes its not a great curve but it does, there is no wind to affect it.

Step it up to .25 and properly adjust your hopup.

Try disassembling your hop-up and putting it back together. The hop-up nub could have shifted.

The hopup nub must be pushing the bucking down directly in the center of the hop window on the barrel. Otherwise it will contact the bb off to the side and put a slight side-spin on the bb and throw the flight path off.
