Definitely looks like a two person reassembly process. That safety lever next to the trigger is also going to be difficult.

Make sure all your wires are neatly tucked into the proper grooves, especially around where the motor pokes through. If they get caught by the pinion gear bad things happen.

Gearbox in the lower, trigger pin, rear takedown pin, then the grip + screws and motor. If you go grip first, can pull the gearbox out of alignment.

Well, I've learned there are lots of things to watch out for on re-assembly. Had to strip it back to basics three times. Think I'm on the case but have stopped for now and will continue tomorrow. Thanks all for your help

Thanks for help last night, had to give up at 1.30am. Just had a look and what's the issue here..... the blue bit just slides all the way back in and the spring end up curved.

In your case now it is the purple and pink item that should be connected together, but isn't any more.

Yes purple and pink section now seem ok, blue item seems to be a bit freely moving at the moment but maybe just because the motor isn't yet engaged.

Blue (the piston) should be able to move around when the main spring isn't installed.

One tiny spring left over and I'm not sure where from and don't remember from last night . Any ideas? Mechanism seems fine when firing now (just haven't put barrel back on).

should note, if the nozzle came off once for unknown reasons it may again. If so, will need to figure out why. Glue or perhaps a replacement tappet plate / nozzle may be needed. Keep an eye on it, and keep your ammo clean. Congrats though!

Just note...there is really no reason to take off the handguard...you can't replace it with much of anything.
