Up for sale is my beloved G&G 416. This used to be my favorite rifle until something shorted and now it doesn't fire. Let me go over a little bit of info first. OK so this is a $400 Top Tech model that I bought used (I am the second owner). It has a G&P piston, G&P M120 Motor, Classic Army Spring (m110?), SHS piston head all installed currently. Metal body, very comfortable grip, solid railsystem, and the sights are all notable features of this gun. It does have the forward assist function, and the blowback has been disabled by a technician. It has been reshimmed and regreased by me. I also have a metal flashhider that will have orange tape during shipment. On yeah and it's wired to deans. Onto the issues. Like I said I believe it is an electrical issue caused by the short. I test the motor separately, and it works fine. I also tested the gun with a separate battery, to no avail, meaning it is something to do purely with the gearbox. My best bet is to say that the trigger contacts got fried, but I'm no electrician. Some other slight issues is that there is no bolt catch, missing charging handle, and dust cover does not stay closed (taped shut). Also there are scratches on the gun and some paint chips around the front body pin. The crane stock is also missing a huge part in it's side, as the previous owner hooked up the battery to the outside of the stock. Anyways what you see is what you get. In working order this is easily a $500 package. However since it doesn't work and you will basically need a new stock, I'll let this go for $200. Thanks for looking!
