So I just got an Echo 1 Platinum M4 for Christmas and I went to shoot it for the first time. After I was done, I went to take the battery out and it was stuck. I kept trying and ended up just taking the stock off. When the stock came off, the wires unplugged from the gearbox. I need to take off the buffer tube but the buffer tube screw is extremely tight and everything we try it just keeps getting more and more stripped. We have tried everything and nothing is working, so please help. Thank you!

it is a simple standard screw. If your stripping it, you could be using the wrong size or not putting enough pressure to unscrew it correctly. If you strip it there is not much that can be done anymore unfortunately.

This one is not a phillips head and it doesn't even turn.

Then use the right size flat head. And push down into the screw and turn it to the left. And if that doesn't work let us know.
