When you say jungle tiger, do you mean Vietnam Tiger Stripe?
If so, for your terrain, I would go with CadPat over VNTS. I always loved the look of VNTS but it is a very dark camouflage with large portions of black. While that is good for dense dark jungle environments, I believe it would stand out in your terrain.

Also, you should provide links to what you are thinking of purchasing. Because from those prices, you are most certainly buying cheap knock-off camo. And you don't want to do that.

IMO Tiger is awesome. I currently use them and am practically invisible with thick foliage as a backbrop. If this is a very shadowey dark place definately go with tiger. CADPAT looks to be much more green, so if your stuck on one of those two I'd say CADPAT. It looks like a very grey playing area. ( http://www.rangerjoes.com/Uniforms-C20.aspx?s=OrderBy ASC&p=0 ) Try this place for the tiger, it's a little more than evike but the quality is very good (this is where I purchased mine from). http://www.rangerjoes.com/6535-Tactical-Response-Shirt-Regular-Length-P2737C20.aspx It looks like this would do good because of the greys, and dark greys. (dont see much underbrush.

That tiger stripe looks like garbage. I am pretty sure it is a lower quality product.
    You basically have 2 options.
    1) Take your money and buy some used Real US Mil-Spec Camouflage for roughly the same price.
    OR
    2) Buy that sub-par chinese clone camo and have it rip during use.

If I were you, I would take my money and buy either M81 BDUs or a used set of MarPat from your local military surplus store.
side note: Real VNTS costs hundreds of dollars.

The cadpat at the site posted is out of stock also. I agree with JakeB, but still check out those other links posted.

Yes yes yes. For the money this is your best chest rig option.

Op I say you should have sprung for the military BDU's. Its going to be hard to find pouches to match.
