should be fine - I have JB Welded some but came out ok

place the box on you lap or a soft matt/surface to absorb some of the impact
find something correct size to drift out the bushing - that is the trick
a small electrican's screw driver, an old spur gear works well too

something that fits inside the 3mm but will push the bushing out level

tap not wallop the thing and she should come out after a few taps
the soft area just absorbs some impact
don't wallop on hard surface or you can damage the box - even crack it in rare instances

if still no joy and wishing to strip whole box - chuck it in warm water
but shouldn't need to it should tap out ok as long as you are careful
just tap it out on your lap with a correctly fitting tool
(try not to spear yourself if using a screwdriver on your lap)

If you got a lot of epoxy around the bushing inside & outside the box
then cut/break/chip away this pool of epoxy with a scalpel or something
then it should just have the bare minimum actually holding the bushing in box
tap tap tap - pop no worries

Thank you :)
- I will try to do the screwdriver - lap trick :p
I'm really glad to hear that i should be able to get them out :)

Are they garbage afterwards or can i install them again?

if they come out ok and you haven't muller'd them or not scratched the inner race they are fine to use again after cleaning any old epoxy off the outer edge

Bearings - often these can get damaged even if you are careful the inner/outer race can get damaged when trying to removed bearings that was glued in

tbh - decent metal bushings you would have to damage them quite a bit to be deemed unusable again. Especially if they run well on the gears being used
G&G bronze bushings really wear after say 12 months and should be replaced but decent metal bushings are fine to use
check wear by seeing how excessive the bushing wobbles about on the shaft of the gears - sounds like gun is quite new so no real wear. If you are careful they are fine to reuse once again
