Need help making a cheap plate carrier. I want new, but lightly used options could work. I need it to be tan. I mostly play CQB but will play outdoor a little.

    I want:

    -Cheap
    -2 to 3 M4 mag pouches
    -1 admin pouch
    - 1 dump pouch

I plan to have the mag pouches on the bottom then Admin pouch on top of the carrier. Dump pouch to the side.

    My current loudout.

What's your budget? Nobody on here can help you out without knowing your max budget.

100 is basically it. I want to say 120 but then people will get stuff = that. I only want to spend 100 dollars.

If that's your total budget, I'd go with TMC gear. Let me set something up close to what you have:
    TMC 6094 in Khaki, $59 http://www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?products_id=2054
TMC triple M4 mag pouch, Khaki, $15 http://www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_121_119&products_id=3632
TMC Admin pouch, Khaki, $9 http://www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?products_id=1844
    Tan dump pouch, $6 http://www.shootercbgear.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_39&products_id=88

If I'm good at math, total should be $89, not including shipping. If you want to spend a bit more, you could also get a hydration carrier, which I definately Recomend. Also, check out the sight a bit more, and find stuff to your liking, not just what I show you.

    Everything levirocks just said.

You want to run the dump pouch off of a belt though. If you're going cheap, whatever leather belt you have laying around will work. If you want something that looks good, get a duty belt. A dump pouch hanging off of a vest is far too high to access it easily. You want it hanging over your weak side butt cheek.

For a slightly different look, there's also the FLYYE MBSS for about the same price:

It's offers pretty much the same thing the FAPC does.

Thanks everyone, I'll get the plate carrier as soon as I upgrade my G&P's piston and gears.

FPAC has 5 rows, each with 5 full columns and 2 half columns that are essentially worthless. That gives you 25 usable loops.

MBSS has 6 rows, 2 of which have 4 full columns, 2 of which have 6 full columns, and 2 of which have 8 full columns. That gives you (8+12+16) 36 usable loops. The MBSS has quite a bit more space than the FAPC. This is all on the front, of course. The back will be similar, but you're not sticking spare mags and stuff back there most of the time. You're just rigging hydro and maybe comms or something.

Ok wow when you put it that way a MBSS seems huge haha. I think it's problem is it expands outward as it goes down which makes some of the molle unusable for most pouches.

Yeah, that is true. But even if you assume that all of your pouches running along the bottom require three rows, and thus your furthest out webbing isn't usable, you're losing 8 loops. That gives you 28, which is still more than the FAPC. Really, I don't know why DBT went with 5 full columns and two half columns instead of six full columns. It just doesn't make sense.

By comparison, an L/XL EPC w/cummerbund has 84 front facing loops, while my S/M has 74 loops, as does the LBT 6094. A Maritime CIRAS has 88 and a Land CIRAS has about 112 depending on your cummerbund adjustment. 36 loops is almost nothing.
