So I have a question I want to increase my RPS on my classic army X9 I want to change my gear set I currently have 18:1 stock I know CA makes things pretty proprietary I currently have a ZCI TpA 22 motor with a vallen 2000 MAH 15/25c battery I would want to know if anyone has changed their gear set for the nemesis x9 that will work

That sector is in a less than ideal position.

With AR latch in a notch on the bevel gear to prevent rotation. Sector notch should have the tappet at rest.

Just pull out your sector and rotate it by 2-3 teeth position and put it back in so the tappet isn't flexed. Plus having it flexed like that makes it harder to snap the box back together.
Ok got it since I correct AoE I thought it had to be assembled back like this so I can rotate it to sit like that either way and aoe should be fine?
AOE is only measured when the sector picks up the piston.

At final assembly, the gear should not be contacting the piston...otherwise as mentioned...you are not going to be able to close the box very easily.

ok messed with it and the gearbox closed got everything put back but unfortunately the magnet I cut out isn’t thick enough to sit flush on the gear it’s in there but the sensor can’t read it does anyone know the measurements for these type of magnets?

I am surmising that the piston head o-ring may have given away...thus your fps drop. Don't buy anything else until you can confirm.
First time working on a gearbox. I put 13:1 shs gears, shimmed, corrected aoe #airsoft #airsoftgun
Update I put it back together I corrected aoe and shimmed I was waiting on the magnet for the sensor and here’s how it came out. Also made my first YouTube short lol
