That sector is in a less than ideal position.

With AR latch in a notch on the bevel gear to prevent rotation. Sector notch should have the tappet at rest.

Just pull out your sector and rotate it by 2-3 teeth position and put it back in so the tappet isn't flexed. Plus having it flexed like that makes it harder to snap the box back together.
Ok got it since I correct AoE I thought it had to be assembled back like this so I can rotate it to sit like that either way and aoe should be fine?

AOE is only measured when the sector picks up the piston.

At final assembly, the gear should not be contacting the piston...otherwise as mentioned...you are not going to be able to close the box very easily.

ok messed with it and the gearbox closed got everything put back but unfortunately the magnet I cut out isn’t thick enough to sit flush on the gear it’s in there but the sensor can’t read it does anyone know the measurements for these type of magnets?
