Does anyone have any recommendations on creating custom team patches? Like what company to use (or not use), design ideas, etcetera?

I came here looking for the same thing - I contacted these guys who will do it, but they need a minimum order and a few weeks for production time as they do stuff in batches. Sounded like they were willing to work with me. I have been thinking of getting with all the guys in our area, instead of doing a team patch, all pitch in for generic air soft ones that relate to everyone. This way if we do a minimum order we can so something with the rest of the quantity.

I have multiple sewing shops around my area that will make patches for around 5 bucks each. Have you looked into any local options?
