Hi this will be the first major AEG purchase I will make. I am wondering witch one to get,a cyma AK-47 or a Cyma AK-74u with real wood for woodland. Pros and Cons would be nice! Is the CMO28 equipped with real wood? I would also like to know about build quality and upgrade-ability down the road for when I have more time. Also I would like to know about the overall quality of the metal/wood/plastic! I will be getting money from my birthday and trapping so it will be a while.

As far as CYMAs go, the higher the number the better. CM035 for sure.

    Can you post links?

Yes, the cm035 is higher quality and such, but the ak47 is a longer rifle. Ak74 is more of a cqb rifle. If you can get the ak47 for cheaper, that may be a better choice.

The cm028 is not equipped with real wood.

Given the 2 choices, I'd go with the CM.035a. The entire gun is more durable than the CM.028. The externals are better, the internals are better, & as far as I'm aware, the CM.028 doesn't get better range.

Get the Cyma 035. I never had trouble with range with mine. Great starter aeg. High mag capacity, easy to operate. Only negative I have for it is the metal isnt top of the line (but will hold up if treated well) and its a TM AK clone. I like VFC AK style take down better :D

Pretty much the higher the number the better. The 0.48's are very nice though.

edit: I belive they are both tm compatible so your wallets the limit for upgrades

I dont think it will work due to the fact that is for an ak 47 and you want the ak 74. But I think I heard somewhere that there mags are interchangable, in airsoft.

Those mags are interchangeable, but it looks stupid.

Would you rather use a one or two point sling?

A 2 point ak style. The front clip has to be one like at the end of a one point.

I know Evike has AK slings.. I'd check another website maybe asgi might. And also keep in mind if the sling doesn't work try keyrings to make it bigger.
