My CYMA M14 everytime i plug it up to my battery the battery and the wires start to get really warm. I dont know whats wrong with it. Im using a G&G Powerful Motor in the gun with a 8.4v battery. It wont shoot, but when i test the line it sparks. Please help me out.

Did you re-shim the gears and adjust the motor-height when you changed the motor?

I wasnt the person who put the motor in. Someone else did. All i know is its a G&G Motor, and now the gun isnt firing. And when i put the battery in the batter, and wires start to get extremely hot.
