So I've got an echo 1 full metal stag 15 and I want to run the wires to the back in the buffer tube but the stock buffer tube is very skinny. It's to small for a small type batter and not long enough for a stick type. I'm new to AEG's but I know my way around a BASR so if modification is needed I can probably handle it.
    Any help?

If you post some photos perhaps I could help you, i rewired my little brothers M4 to the stock, but that was not into the buffer tube, but a solid stock with a battery compartment.

I know how to run the wire the battery just won't fit, it's about 5 inches long and 1 and a half inches wide.

you need a buffer tube lipo battery to fit ( you can search for buffer tube lipos on the site of your preferred airsoft retailer on your own)

I have the same gun. You can also get a wire extender, get a battery housing stock and run the cables through the buffer tube into the stock. Current set up that I'm doing.
