I am deciding between which of these two guns to get. I know of the f2000 accuracy due to the barrel being almost twice the length of the xcr's, however, I also the the folding stock of the xcr. If anyone could list the pros and cons of each that would be appreciated.

you should also think about upgrade ability and compatibility with other parts in case something breaks, I think the xcr takes the cake in that sense

Is there anyway I can increase the accuracy to match the f2000? I mean I'm a big cqb player, but I also play field.

well you could get a longer barrel and hide it with a barrel extension, it makes the gun longer, but it definitely increases accuracy, also the xcr is very similar to the m4 so you could upgrade the hop up so you wouldn't even need a longer barrel

first, longer barrels are not as stable as shorter.
f2000 supports the longer barrel. therefore, is ideal for a DMR build. but it's still a pig.

the XCR has a shorter more stable barrel. it is just as accurate... and it's sexy.

Thanks any advice what to put in it? And out of curiosity, why do you call the f2000 a pig?

    it's fat... oink oink
all AEG's require basic tuning. you can skip the polishing part, i was just prepping it for future high speed upgrades.

if you get the XCR, replace the stock wiring with 16awg teflon coated. the non-teflon coated wire will be too thick to route through the pistol grip. also, clean off the factory grease in the gearbox. it will gum up the self shimming spur gear. use gear lube sparingly. the stock AOE is acceptable for below 20rps, but i always replace stock pistons and readjust AOE.

The F2000 is good for people who have bigger hands. People with a palm/finger sized hand under about 4.5 in might find it uncomfortable (bowling measurements lol)

    Maybe that's why it's a pig? Lol

And looks kinda fat haha xD

Well dang, i haven't looked at it that way. I'm a big dude, so it doesn't seem to be big(fat) to me at all. But I could see it being big for a youngster.

    There yah go lol :)

It's more comfortable to people with hands above average in size.

Smaller hands will find it uncomfortable, as it will be harder to wrap their hands around the trigger grip.

I have an XCR and I personally love it. But I think that what you said about a longer barrel meaning better accuracy is sorta a misconception. The XCR is one of the most accurate guns I've ever owned. It probably can't shoot farther than the F2000 but it's definitely pretty accurate.

Alright, could you possibly send me a link to some of those items, and what is an AOE?

too many factors when it comes into accuracy lol. bb weight, bb brand, polished vs. un-polished, humidity, wind, etc. lol

OTB, guns "should" be more accurate.

my old G&G F2000 is accurate (but i swapped out to a Prometheus Hard Bucking after a couple mags). Sold to my padawan tech haha, and its his "Stock gun" pride and joy.

my XCR was accurate as well in stock form OTB, great feel for a AR. Perfect CQB gun. accurate to a distance, but was still being outranged by my F2000 at the time. XCR sold to customer. 380 fps @ 32 bps (11.1v)

sorry i dont keep guns for long, unless its some type of AK lol. i dont likey AR platforms for some reason (personal preference).

So what are some things I can do that will increase my accuracy internal wise?
