What are the pros and cons of an electric pistol vs. the pros and cons of a gas pistol?
Electric: Blowback looks funny, low FPS, unrealistic magazines, changing the battery can be a pain
Gas: Needs to be taken care of, most guns cannot be used in the cold.
Well I would Never get an electric blowback pistol, I would get an AEP. Op, AEP's are not EBBP. EBBP are normally lower quality and take AA batteries.
Some AEP's are nice, and they all have a high rof on full auto, however the mags are awkward, and the slides can not be moved.
Gas blowbacks Are extremely fun and perform like real guns. However you do have to buy some sort of gas, and mags are very expensive. ($25-50 for each mag)
And NBB gas guns are decent but I would rather get an AEP as opposed to a NBB.
How long does the battery last for an electric pistol?
My CM.30 glock lasted around 600 rds max. They weren't a very nice 600 rds though.
