I didn't so much as need help, as I wanted to kind of show it off. My base parts were G&G G2010(F2000), Ares EGLM, Ares EGLM trigger and launcher sight, and a TON of time. If you've ever owned a G2010, you'll know the bane of trying to find new fore grips. So I set out to build an f2000 GL1. I loosely based the F2000 GL1 on the gun the FT200M from Stalker(Get out of here stalker!) since it was my favorite weapon. I started by recreating the retension posts in 3d, and proceeded to 3d print them again and again fitting them. Once I had them fitting well, I custom printed an RIS to attach to them. After finally getting the retaining latches to lock onto the RIS I thought I was done,l however, the GL1 wiggled, and moved. I wasn't happy. Taking apart the EGLM I recreated the center piece in 3d and printed and fit it as well. I literally have like 4 or 5 of them laying around... Matching the new eglm part with the retension posts, It sits snug as a bug, no wobbling, no wiggling. After that I attached the grenade launcher sight to the left side, because why not? All of this was done after putting in after market internals. High torque motor, maple hop up bucking, tight bore barrel, and XCoretch Tracer/Peq. Topping it all off with a custom trigger job to make the trigger response instant. All in all, I'm really proud of this build. Took me a long time to get it fitted right, but by golly it looks slick. Only down side being the weight went up obviously, but I carry it around all the time trying to get used to that. and as far as I can tell, it's 100% unique. Not another F2000 Replica like it(I might be wrong though!) What do ya'll think?
