Degree determines how hard the bucking is, you want higher degrees for higher FPS.

Alright with tht being said, the gun that I have shoots around 350 with .20 but I want to switch to .25 to get more accuracy for the distance but it brings the fps down a fair amount so if I were to get lets say a 70* bucking it would increase it?

Nono, the bucking is for if you have a higher FPS, it doesn't increase your FPS ie. if you have 500 fps you want a harder bucking that 350 fps.

Just get the 70. It'll be fine.

Or you could get the 70 because IME it has always worked better than any bucking in any set up. I run it in guns from 280 to 550 fps(measured with a .25g bb).
