Y G&G m4 wires in the grip that connect to the motor keep coming off. I think it is from the vibration from the motor. How can I make them stay on?

Solder them on. Or try using some pliers to make the connectors tighter.

Soldering is fairly easy. Apply heat, apply solder, hold it still until it cools off, takes a few seconds usually. Just find a tutorial video on youtube or something, then you buy a soldering iron and solder wire. 50-ish watts should be good for airsoft use.
