Hi I am rewiring my M4 to the stock (it was originally wired to the hand guard), and was having trouble (I think) with the tappet plate I have everything hooked up correctly Im pretty sure, the tappet plate is up against the bevel gear and is bending back every rotation of the gears... I am wondering if this is normal or necessary. This probably is very confusing but if you need any more information I will try to answer them as well as I am possible.

Yeah I tried messing around with it a little and turns out the cylinder head seal was stopping the piston from inserting all the way in I guess ill just order a new one... no big deal thanks anyhow

This sounds like normal operation of your gun. You want a good seal on your cylinder head so you have a consistent FPS.

The tappet will get pulled back every cycle of the sector gear, so that sounds normal as well.

Close up your gearbox and try firing it. I imagine it will cycle fine.
