Hey airsofters, I live in Southern California and just getting in to airsofting. I have around $250.
In southern Cali, there Arnt many places to go to for airsoft battles. There's like Tac city and a camp Pendleton ( who just opened a airsoft area.
Tac city's policy is 350 and under. Camp Pendleton is an outdoor so it's like 400 fps.

I was looking at mp5s and mp7s. But I'm getting a reflex sight to go with them

Well, if you have $250, try and find a ICS MP5 and buy a set of MAG Brand MP5 Midcaps. (I think the ICS was under 250? I can't check as the sites are blocked by my schools filter.)

If you like M4s, grab a DBOYS or JG M4. Find one you like, post up a link, and we will tell you how it is. Grab a set of MAG mids for that as well.

It's on both. Just search "Zombie Killer" and it would come up. No need to be spoon fed.

A spring change is easy to do, but that's coming from a tech who does 40 RPS Single Sector gears and IER Hops o_O.

spring change isn't easy for someone who has never opened up a gearbox. mp5's are not the friendliest AEG's to open up either. i recommend buying a used AEG for cheap and test it first so you don't get ripped off. just go to the arena and you should be able to find someone selling stuff. remember, always offer 1/2 of what the list price is on used items.

after gaining more experience, then save up for the gun you really want.

    KWA fanboys.....

If you need a spring change, have a local tech do it for you. I know of a few who are more than capable of doing it for you. Heck, there's some on this forum that would do it for cheap..
