Have you ever left your gun at a friends and then a different person handles your gun and it ends up broken and you weren't asked for permission? This happened to me, now my gun is broken and my friend refuses to pay for it. Am I at liability for storing the gun beyond my control, I know common morals would say you broke it you pay for it. But I just wanted to know what you guys think and if this is beyond my control?

If he broke it, he should pay for it because it's only just. If someone break something you own, he should pay for it. If he's not going to pay for it.

    A) he is an @$$ 0
    B) siphon gas from his car (don't actually do it)

Good. That's just. If he broke, he pays.

He edited his post. Previously said "shot him a bunch with my 600fps sniper rifle from 20 feet away. That loosened him up and he paid for it"
