Have a g&g cm16 raider, as most guns the motor is in the grip area, i dont overuse the gun i do 5 round shots around every 10 secounds(adverage) but its getting rather hot on the handle, is this normal and is there something i can do about it because i know it cant be good for it

Replace all the wires, get a new motor, get deans, and most importantly: reshim...
It's likely all you need to do is reshim, but the wires and motor suck so it's best you just replace them while you are in there

Have you tried adjusting the motor height? That may have something to do with it.
