My G&G M14 DMR build has come to an halt :(

    Here's a picture.

As you can see, the wrong part of the sector gear is engaging my half tooth piston. Any solutions? Is there any pistons with the teeth on the upper portion of the piston?

Can I take a regular piston and dremel off the bottom?

The piston is a SHS. The gearset is a 32:1 SHS.
Yes, the piston is facing the correct way.
Yes, the gear is facing the right direction.
Yes, the gear is as low as it can go.

I'm pretty sure that sector isn't facing the right way.....

Your right... I just realized that. The reason why i thought that was right was because the nub can't clear the tappet guide rail when facing the other way.

    Me uber failed :'(

    Lmao, too funny.

That appears to be a 32:1 sector, and not Helical.

Just dremel away at the tappet guide, it's a common issue...

    Edit: Tappet*

I thought any gear that need a half tooth piston is considered helical. Sorry.

Helical is um.....helical.....the teeth are off at an angle between the gears.
