    Hi all.

Noob question about batteries. My step-son has two airsoft AEG rifles that use a battery connector I cannot find chargers or replacement batteries for.

It isn't a Tamiya, deans, or LiPo connector. I've attached a pic of a battery with the same kind of connector. (This isn't the battery his guns use).

Any idea what this type of connector is?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    I think it's a JST-SMP connector but I'm not sure

I have stuff for those plugs, but don't know what they are called. Please PM me for info on it.

Instead of trying to find that plug, I'd recommend changing the plugs to something more universal, like deans. It also bumps up your rof and will last longer. I've use deans on all my AEG's and I refuse to use other connectors. You also dont have to be a master solderer to do it. It's quite easy actually.

It is for an LPEG. Those are the plugs you want for LPEGS.
