Why or why not
I have this debate with all my friends
Let the debate begin
Ics discussions have happened on this forum numerous times... Hopefully marine will come by in a bit with a link hahaha
But ics is a great company. They are easier to work on and they allow for simple changes of the upper half to go from cqb to field in a metter of seconds. The internals are string, hop up is proprietary, the motor needs the special bevel gear but other than that it's a v2... They also use the forward assit button and that can cure most lock ups rather than switching to full auto. That gives it a more realistic feel.
I was debating if I should report or link...really most brands have their fall out models and I wouldn't judge a brand as a whole.
Here he comes to save the daaaayyyyyy! Thanks for the link marine!
lets just start a thread were you just post links that answer common questions like what gun should i get.
ICS lower gearboxes are rock solid in my experience (two M4's, two AK's).
Stock, they are very well priced and the M4's are good, reliable performers. They require MINIMAL tuning to be stellar.
Yes ICS is good
ICS has the tendency to have the new carbon fiber exterior but their guns have great accuracy with the version 3 gearbox in most. Their guns stay up toward the 400 fps range which is a plus. Overall ICS is a reliable company in my opinion.
Huh? Carbon fiber exterior? Since when?
And version 3 GB in everything? No. They have the split gearbox, which I'm not sure how many guns they put that into.
Oops sorry I meant polycarb body not carbon fiber sorry about that.
Version 3 GB in most is what I said not all
Carbon fiber? Lol. That's like the second time I've seen you said that
Ver 3? Lol. Like... Their AK series lol.
Ver 2 gearboxes in "most" lol.
Yea sorry haha I read the magazine wrong when it was telling me about the polycarb body. And yea noob mistake on the gearboxes it's just all the guns I have looked at have been the upgraded v3
