I come before you to seek the guidance of those more wise than myself. I have a SOCOM Gear 1911, and it has become my baby. Despite my love for this piece I know it needs some work. Namely the gas efficiency is pretty poor. I have very little technical experience with the internals of a gas pistol, and have absolutely no idea what parts will improve gas efficiency. So, any advice (or links to said parts) would be greatly appreciated.
If it makes any difference since I've had it the only upgrades I've put it have been a tightbore barrel, and one of those Madbull mock compensators (I don't think the compensator affects gas efficiency, but I thought I would mention it just in case).

Get a feather light recoil spring, guide and a stronger recoil spring work for me. I put it in my socom gear 1911.
