Hey I know what infidel means and I was just trying to figure out if it had a double meaning when people wear a patch with it on it? Thanks

It's not a double meaning, it's just tongue-in-cheek. If you take the common American understanding of infidel, which is a non-Muslim or enemy of Muslim regimes in the eyes of a terrorist*, then wearing an infidel patch is sort of a showing of defiance. Think of it as saying, "Yeah, I'm a an infidel and proud of it!"

*Please note that this is not a strict definition of the word infidel, and probably not it's most common use. It's how MURICA!ns understand the word.

    Infidel-
1.An unbeliever with respect to a certain religion, normally Christianity or Islam.

    2. One who has no religious beliefs.

    3. One who doubts or rejects a particular doctrine, symbol, or principle.

The last two are why I rock the patch.

I wear it because I strongly oppose radical Islam, but I am a proud Christian and God fearing person.
