Oh i see. Did you pay $50? Heck I would sit up late at night to buy a JG G36C for $50.
Yep, the gun was worth (well, sold for) $100 new so I went with it. Little did I know the only scavengable thing on it was the gearbox and motor, and even those things had problems. And again, back then I didn't like G36s as much (or JG for that matter). Now I'm the proud owner of one, in the process of upgrading it :D

Thanks Shady I just wanted some hard evidence of why AMS was bad, i dont like how they lure in new players anyway but i won't ever be buying from them.

Their YouTube videos mainly lure people in. New kid wants to play airsoft so they YouTube it. Airsoft Megastore TV is mainly what they see most.

Airsoft megastore is the worst. It puts a bad name to airsoft marketing. With their "Authentic London Bridge" vests, the whole scavenger hunt thing, and the penny flashlight/lasers. I just wish we could get them shutdown for all the fraud they have done.

Ive had bad luck on two orders from ams. First off bought a save phace mask from them. Jungle justice for 45 dollars. Decent deal minus the fact it came without any packaging. Came in a crappy plastic bag. A dollar store quality bag. Next I ordered a bar 10 and a armorking plate carrier.

Plate carrier cane with the cable holding it together exposed and broken. I would like to thank ams for helping me experience the feeling of being impaled by a small sharp piece of wire cable.

Next bar 10 came broken, simple fix bolt was over torqued wouldn't slide. Ams=walmart of airsoft gear, lots of quantity low prices, low quality.

AMS. Crap.
I ordered a Dboys M4 cqb-r a while back and i thought it was so cool. I was so exited for it to come and like 3 days after they said it would arrive it finally came. I opened it and noticed the front sight and ris was completely misaligned. No biggy i didnt expect amazing QC from dboys. Then the piece that clamps on the stock over the battery compartment busted after opening it like 3 times. Then after one skirmish the gearbox gave out because i slightly tightened the motor. I then used it for spare parts. The only good thing in the package was the free schick hydro razor they sent me.

I have only purchased one thing from ams; my first gas blowback pistol which was a WE Hi-Capa. My experience wasn't as horrible as some other's: the gun was supposed to come with a small bag of BBs which it didn't. Beyond that though, the gun arrived NIB and had no straight-out-of-the-box problems. With that said, I can’t discount the numerous complaints I've heard from others, so I wouldn't suggest ams to someone else.

Nah, every negative review on the site was just a joke. It's all just a big conspiracy funded by AirsoftGI to put them out of business.

there horrible i ordered a helment and goggles from there my helment came with a crack and my goggles came with lenses dirty with something unremoveable and fell apart only after 10 minutes of wearing them and they said that i couldnt return them

This could possibly be due to shipping. Also, they may have a "no return" policy that they cleverly hid in the blajillion page long "Agree to terms and services" text wall.

And do you have any evidence to back this claim up? Do you? Hmmmm? Didnt think so.

Unless you were being facetious but sarcasm doesnt translate into text so...

Do you have any empirical evidence to discredit my assertion? Didn't think so.
No sadly neither of us do however by majority your the only for AMS and the rest are either neutral or dead against it, and also an Admin has given solid evidence against it. Therefore you are most likely incorrect.

Actually my post was primarily against AMS, as I stated they cleverly hid their policies within the text wall that is "Terms and Conditions" or some other alias of the like.

We'll then welcome to majority

Shady's evidence really isn't solid. How do you all know that he actually works for AMS? I could say I worked for any store and just say negative things about them.

Even if it isn't true which is a small chance. There are still plenty of reasons to think that it was a scam. They still have plenty of negative comments and orders.

My only complaint is when I ordered a gun from them, the bb's were spilled all over the place. That was the only time I ordered from them, not much else to say.

But the worst thing is their descriptions on guns. THIS is what makes newbies think that the higher the FPS, the better. Plus they lie and say that JG's shot 475, when some can't even get that with .12's.
